Wonderland Expedition Kit
This showed up on Boingboing.net recently. Go look.
Wow.
Now I'm taken with the thought of creating a "curiosity box" for any number of experiences/events/books/songs, etc. It's like circumstantial evidence of a fiction book, each piece lovingly created as a mini work of art and given a patina of age. It's freaking wonderful and mysterious, like something my friend Carolyn and I would have cooked up as kids...
Again, WOW.
I'm not a HUGE Alice in Wonderland fan or anything, but the idea of such a magical gift, obviously a labor of love and hours of work, would leave me speechless and close to tears.
Now, what can I create? Uncle Jed's Hillbilly Distillery Rheumatism Med'cine Kit?
